The unnoficial patch has Heimskyr get arrested after the battle of Whiterun, when this doesn't happen in the vanilla game. When Balgruf writes a letter to Tulius in vanilla Skyrim, I've always assumed ensuring excessive anti-Talos oppression wasn't enforced was a condition of his to get him to side with the Empire.

This unnofficial patch has people thinking the Empire are worse than they really are. I've seen online debates where mutliple people treat this **MOD** like it's adjustments are canon!
