Is it a good chart, neutral chart or a bad chart? To me it seems great with all the trines, sextiles and conjunctions. I’m a beginner at reading charts so I might be missing some aspects that more seasoned astrologers can spot.

So this happened in 2021. Friends of mine were pregnant with twins and it was a complicated pregnancy, so they were really worried about the wellbeing of their babies. I had the same dream for three nights, where I saw a young girl and a boy in a confined space, and the girl always looked bigger/ taller than the boy. In one dream, the boy and girl were in a house where things were upside down. In the second dream, I was in the passenger seat of a car with two children, a girl and a boy, in the back seat. The girl’s face was bright and shining with love (the feeling I felt in the dream most closely resembles the feeling of love in waking life) and the boy looked a little dull. The girl said to me, ‘dont worry guys, we are fine’. I woke up feeling so happy and this feeling stayed with me for many days. I cant recall the details of the third dream. Anyways, I assumed at the time that these were my future babies telling me they are doing ok.
Fast forward a few months, my friend went into early labour, and gave birth to pre-term twins who had to stay in the NICU for many weeks. Needless to say, the parents were distraught. The baby boy was born first and the baby girl came after. Thankfully, they were both able to recover and were discharged from the NICU.
When I saw them, I was amazed, because the girl looked so much like the girl from my dream. As she has grown older, her face has begun to resemble the dream girl more and more. She is bigger than her brother and her complexion is brighter. She is a sweet and wonderful girl, a little quiet and shy and very well-behaved.
I’m pretty sure she wanted her parents to know that she and her brother would be fine. I still remember the feeling from the dream - pure, bright love emanating from her soul, like the bright rays from the sun. I know she is a special soul.
11th house rules community/ gains/ hopes and dreams. What does that mean? What kind of community — interest-based? The neighbourhood where one lives? The town where one was born? A community of like-minded people? 11th house seems so vague and most of what I’ve read online is abstract. I’d really appreciate a concrete analysis.

A very strange yet powerful soul connection. No contact and have never been in a relationship. Timing has never aligned. Each of us has experienced this connection strongly and felt deeply for the other but at different times. I have psychic dreams about him which are vivid.
