Has anyone refused to provide your biometric information? Did you lose the opportunity to renew your tickets?

I got the notification when resetting my password for my NFL season tickets and would prefer not to do it, but also not sure if that means I am not allowed to renew next year, even if I did so in person with my rep or over the phone

is the only way to sell a ticket right now to pre-upload/ pre-forward the ticket to stubhub?

I am selling a $50 event and that feels like overkill

is there no other option?
