Which site to use for selling NFL tickets?
I’ve only bought tickets on Seat Geek. Should I just use to sell as well?
I assume pros and cons to each one. Not sure if any to avoid.

As a knicks season ticket holder, I got access to buy 4 finals tickets at face value. I just found out that I only need 3 and am looking to get rid of the extra. MSG has implemented a system where you're not able to transfer the ticket until 72 hours before the game. I've tried a few third party platforms, but they won't let me create a listing until I transfer the ticket to the third party platform.
Is there a provider that will let me list the ticket before I'm actually able to transfer it? Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue?
hi yall! me and my dad have a goal to go to every single seahawks home game this season. our favorite section is 118 and 117 and when we looked to buy our tickets individually, it came out to over 7k a person. we then saw that stubhub was selling season tickets for all home games in section 118 for 3.5k each. we bought them happily with this deal. now i’m wondering, does this make us official season ticket holders or did we just buy a bunch of tickets? will we have access to super bowl ticket lottery or any other benefits of sth?
still happy with this deal, just curious about all this. there seems to be no one talking about buying whole season tickets off of resale. any thoughts or insights from people who have done the same in the past would be greatly appreciated!
Here is one of those season ticket benefits that only happen with front row seats...
In the 4th inning of Sunday's game between the Rangers and Astros, Texas Rangers outfielder Brandon Nimmo made a leaping catch at the wall to rob Yordan Alvarez of a home run. Instead of trying to interfere, an Astros season ticket holder in the front row refrained from reaching out for the ball. He wanted to give Nimmo the chance to go for the big play.
As a thank you to the season ticket holder, Nimmo delivered a couple of signed baseballs later during the game.
I'm a Broncos STH, just put tix to a couple of of games up and saw that they are taking a total of about 30% of what the buyer would pay: 10% off the sellers price and 20% markup to the buyer. I don't remember it being that bad last year. And the seller doesn't see the total price until the tix are posted, making the process more complicated than it should be. Just wondering if others think the fees are higher.
When I started r/seasontickets, I wanted a place where real fans could talk about the lifestyle of owning season tickets. It is a community for sharing season ticket gifts, discussing your renewals, posting pictures from the game, and connecting with other season ticket holders (even from rivals). I know some of you get frustrated with Rule 2 (No Ticket Sales or Trades), but I’m doubling down on it for a reason.
For the last five months, I have been tracking a very specific scam that has been targeting Redditors. This is not a one off on Reddit, and it is a problem across social media. I recently sat down with First Alert 4 to discuss this sophisticated ticketing scam.
The scammer(s) posts tickets for sale in regional groups with an emotional hook to build trust. They avoid listing a price publicly and ask interested buyers to send a DM. They offer a deal that feels just "generous" enough to be believable, and then only accept unprotected payment methods like Venmo, CashApp, or ApplePay.
The most believable part of this scam? They are not just sending lazy photoshopped screenshots. After reviewing detailed pictures from victims, I am convinced the scammer(s) is using a cloned Ticketmaster app. It is a bogus system that looks and feels like the real thing, but the tickets are fake.
Most people only see one scam in their local market. I have seen this happen across multiple cities, states, and with the same pattern over and over. They have a working playbook.

I’ve tracked this same scam across multiple fanbases. If you look at these threads, you’ll see the exact patterns I’m talking about.

Los Angeles Lakers Ticket Scam
San Francisco Giants Ticket Scam
Scammers are savvy, and hindsight is 20/20. If you fell for this scam, do not feel ashamed. Coming forward helps protect the next person.
To be clear, discussing ticket resale is not discouraged. Whether you're curious about team policies and exchanges, wondering how to price your seats, or looking for advice. That’s all part of what this sub is for.
This season was clearly disappointing, but what truly disappointed me was the postseason. As a half-season ticket holder, this year they automatically added postseason games to my account, and I had the option to sell or keep them.
We attended a game during the Celtics series, and our section was filled with more Celtics fans than Sixers fans. But let me tell you, the experience at MSG South in Round 2 was the most embarrassing sporting event I’ve ever been a part of.
Before the playoffs began, we had planned to renew our tickets, but after the disappointing postseason experience, there’s no way we’ll invest in an organization that clearly doesn’t care about its fans. I called my representative yesterday to request a cancellation, and she’s now escalating the matter to her sales director to see what they can do.
I’m curious to know if anyone else is going to stick with this season. I’m completely fed up and would much rather watch the games from home or attend a few occasional games.

Besides Lysted, what other 3rd party ticket resale platforms are out there for STH holders? Looking to leave lysted, but haven't found many others out there with a similar platform and fee structure.
Did the Saints Org credit you this home game? Just curious bc last year as a Chargers STH. We ate the cost....
Hello, I am a new NYG STH. I didn’t get any great answers in the Giants sub. With the announcement of the opening SNF game against the Cowboys, the tickets are showing in my account but the option to Sell them is unavailable. How, then, do I see hundreds of tickets (many of them verified resale) already listed on Ticketmaster etc? I understand that I’ll likely be able to sell them if I so choose after the entire schedule is released tomorrow night, but how are people getting around this, especially with verified resale tickets?
Fellow STHs — has anyone dealt with this? Curious if others have had the same experience.
I was previously enrolled in the Cardinals season ticket installment plan for the previous year. The first installment was charged on February 13, 2025. This year, it was charged in December 2025 — roughly two months earlier — with no notice and no updated agreement from me.
I did not authorize this charge. When I discovered it, I immediately removed my credit card from my profile. No games have been played (obviously). No tickets have been delivered or used.
When I raised this, their position was that having a card on file was sufficient authorization. And that they couldn't refund me the money. COUGH IT UP BIDWELL. I've since opted out of my tickets entirely and am disputing the charge.
My question for this sub: has anyone else got charged and then opt out without reimbursement for unprovided product? And does anyone know if this is disclosed anywhere in the STH agreement — because I never received notice of a schedule change.
Also curious whether anyone has had luck getting a refund in a situation like this, or gone through the AG's office or a chargeback. (which i plan to do)
Dan Gilbert paid for an army of Cleveland Cavaliers fans to take over Detroit's Little Caesars Arena in Game 2, and he is back at it again for Game 5!
Gilbert, the longtime Cavs owner who has founded several Detroit-based companies and owns much of the real estate in downtown Detroit, sent seven bus loads of Cavs season ticket holders up I-75 North on Thursday, May 7, to wear maroon and gold shirts that read "BEAT DETROIT!"
>“Dan Gilbert fully paid for all of our tickets, paid for the shirts that you see here today. He paid for the swag and he brought us here, fed us. We had a party at The Beacon [in Detroit, owned by Gilbert]. DJ, food, it was phenomenal."
What a gesture to reward season ticket holders!
Thanks to the Detroit Free Press and Nick Camino for coverage of this story.
So confused if I should go to a mini plan half or micro because I want to add a extra ticket but my pal I have known for quite some time won’t pitch in finances wise what should I do go for whole season solo 400s or go to half solo? Thanks!
Go ducks!!! Quack!
