looking to start
so i used to take zepbound 2 years ago i was never consistent with it and i did lose 30 pounds on it but i stopped taking it and now my new insurance doesn’t cover it now that i want to go back on it - ive been looking into maybe starting reta ? i’m nervous to start. im not very active or have the best diet. i’m 5’4 235.
any tips are welcome :)
