Coop games to play with 7 year old kids

I recently discovered Unrailed and it’s been fantastic to play with my 7-year-old. We’re looking for more games with a similar feel.

The things that make it work for us are:

  • Easy to pick up
  • Top-down (or similar simple camera angle)
  • Low intensity / relaxing
  • Not stressful or punishing
  • Couch co-op for 2–3 players

Any recommendations? Doesn’t have to be train-themed—just something that’s fun to play together without needing fast reactions or lots of complicated mechanics.

The NHS rewards risk avoidance, not leadership

The consultant who keeps their head down and does exactly what’s in their job plan is often financially no worse off than the consultant who takes on Clinical Lead roles, service redesign, innovation projects, governance headaches and organisational risk.

Then we wonder why nobody wants leadership positions.

We used to have a culture of recognising exceptional contribution through Clinical Excellence Awards. Whatever their flaws, they at least acknowledged that some consultants contribute far beyond their contractual duties

Have we reached the point where the NHS has effectively removed meaningful incentives for consultants to innovate and lead?

If so, why should anyone volunteer?

Elsevier Books+ ebooks

I own a few expensive ebooks on Elsevier+

I wish I could use NotebookLM to revise some of these chapters.

Sadly you don’t get a pdf, you just get online access via the Elsevier software.

is there an easy work around to get some of these books on notebook lm??

Sharing screen from two different people

We run a regular Teams meeting where we review different imaging studies.

Currently, one person shares radiology images, then another person has to stop that screen share and take over to share endoscopy images.

Is there any way in Microsoft Teams for two different people to share content simultaneously, or switch between presenters more seamlessly?
