like i js started grade 12 and im studying for college entrance exams which are in like 2 years

buttttttttt i genuinely have no idea how im supposed to study
like where do i even start??
what do i do first??
how do people know what to study every day??

i already feel like im behind even though the year literally just started

today i sat at my desk for almost 5 hours and did absolutely nothing because i had no clue where to begin

sooooo does anyone have any tips on how to actually start? like literally anything. study methods, routines, how you plan your day, how you learned to study, anything at all

btw im doing bio, chem and physics
