Has anyone else felt this way? Or your experience after a month or so

I’ve been doing BOTEC + Tuning Into New Potential every morning and evening since July, but I still struggle with negative feelings.

Some days I feel like things will definitely change, and other days I feel completely hopeless. Feeling like nothing is moving Has anyone else gone through this phase and eventually overcome it? Did things actually start shifting with time? I’d really love to hear your experiences.

Feeling stuck , not getting into meditation after making progress?

I’ve been meditating for about a month, and I used to be able to go really deep into meditation. I would experience unusual visuals and could clearly tell that I had
entered a deep meditative state.
But for the past few days, I’ve been feeling like I’m forcing myself to go deeper, and I just can’t seem to reach that state. It’s only been two days, but I’m already feeling a little frustrated. Has this happened to anyone else?

after meditation negative thoughts return later — does anyone else experience this?

Does this happen to anyone else? When I meditate for an hour, I feel really happy, peaceful, and fulfilled for the next hour or two. But after that, the fear, uneasiness, and negative thoughts slowly come back again.
Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this, especially when they first started meditating regularly?

Getting disturbed while meditating, does this mean it got wasted?

Does this happen to anyone else?

It takes me a lot of effort to get into a deep meditative state. But if my phone rings or the doorbell goes off, I feel completely pulled out of it.
When I try to continue, I can’t seem to reconnect with the same feeling, and it becomes really frustrating.
And it feels like it got wasted to be in that state if you cant imagine a future.
This usually happens just when I’m about to visualize or connect with my future self. How do you handle interruptions during meditation? Do you start over or simply continue?

What feeling feel like when meditating

I practice meditation and initially used to feel happy exited when visualisating , it feels good to see my future self, but now i feel nothing but calm seeing those visualisation.
I came out of meditation calm instead of joy happy .
And how do you generate feeling for what you want to manifest.

Feeling elevated only in meditation after that i start waiting

I’ve been meditating consistently for almost a month now, and I’ve noticed a big change. During meditation, I become so deeply relaxed that I almost lose awareness of everything around me, and when I come out of it, I genuinely feel happy, peaceful, and complete.

My question is:
does anyone else reach a point where they truly feel as if they already have their desire during meditation—like the feeling of fulfillment is completely real? If so, do you still sometimes catch yourself waiting for it to show up in the 3D world afterward? How do you balance feeling that it’s already yours internally while also living in the external world where it hasn’t appeared yet?

How to feel no one , no time, no place, no where

I have a question for people who have experience with it.
When Joe says to “be no one, no body, no thing, no where, in no time,” what are you actually doing mentally? Are you actively focusing on the space around you, simply observing awareness itself, or just letting go of every thought and identity?

Another thing I’ve noticed is that I often seem to drift off. It doesn’t feel like normal sleep exactly—I lose all sense of where I am, and then suddenly I become aware again only when I hear Joe’s voice guiding the next step. It almost feels as if I disappear for a while and then “come back.”
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just falling asleep, or could it be a deep meditative state? If you’ve gone through something similar, how did you work with it? Did it improve with practice, or did you change something

Is short meditation for manifestation effective?

I have started doing meditation with 15min meditation for abundance and happiness & 20min meditation.
I start day with 15min and also in night i do 20min .
In between when I feel lost back to old self I do 15min meditation just 1week into it.
Anyone who is doing short meditation? As long one long is too exhaustive for me.
