How do I find somebody who can copy this 19th-century key?

My house in Brooklyn, NY, was built in 1897. We got a couple housekeys when we bought it twenty years ago and were able to find somebody to make copies, but now I need to make new copies, I have no idea where I had them made before, and all the places I've been to this time (admittedly, some of them are general-type stores that do lock cutting, but some of them have been actual locksmiths) have said they can't do it.

Is there a special kind of locksmith I can go to? Or what?

Enduring Debilitation with Precise and Bloody Debilitations

So the level 20 Rogue feat Enduring Debilitation makes "the triggering debilitation [last] for 1 minute instead of until the end of your next turn."

The level 12 feat Bloody Debilitation makes "the target [take] 3d6 persistent bleed damage."

The level 10 feat Precise Debilitations makes (if you choose it) "the target [take] an additional 2d6 precision damage from your attacks."

How does Enduring Debilitation work with these other two? Persistent damage lasts until the character suffering it succeeds at a saving throw. Does the minute outrank the saving throw, and the character just bleeds for a minute, no matter what? Does the character take the additional precision damage each round? Neither of those seems sane, which leads me to think that Enduring Debilitation just doesn't affect those two Debilitations at all.

Has there been a ruling on or discussion about this? Or are there different ways people rule it?
