I scored 82.13% aggregate for COMSATS. I wanted to get into software engineering but the closing merit is 83.7%. What should I do? Should i wait for 2nd and 3rd list or should i join in the spring admissions.

I With an 82.13% aggregate, is it better to enroll in Computer Engineering at COMSATS Lahore and attempt a transfer to Software Engineering in Spring, or go directly for BSCS at a private university like UOL, UCP, or UMT?
