Termites. I understand they're just always here. Do you really bother tenting every few years?

Bought a few months ago. A recent pest inspection sticker inside says no termites, but there definitely are termites. They may have even moved at the same time as we did.

From what I read basically every house in California has some termites so you just occasionally attack the local nests as usual maintenance. I don't see that many tents around.

I never really liked road riding because of cars. MTB is great but where I live in San Francisco now I have to drive to the trails which I'm unreasonably opposed to.

Gravel unlocks a whole new world this is great. Pictured at the top of "hawk camp" in Marin.
