I am having a hard time with Chase and I noticed grant has being charging me $26.50 twice and also charging me $9.99. I called them to dispute this but the representative is being rude and unprofessional. I don’t have them linked whatsoever

I want to return some stuff but I got a new card due someone was unauthorizing my bank card. Will it affect my refund. Will they allow me to use my new card
