Proposed Ghost Rider Concept

I just wanted to propose my idea for how I would like Ghost Rider to arrive in Marvel Rivals. A few disclaimers before I start. I think that Ghost Rider should be a Vanguard only and not a multi-role character like Deadpool. I also think that his default model should be the Johnny Blaze variant as he is the "original" and most recognizable. That being said, I'd love to see Danny Ketch, Robbie Reyes, Carter Slade, and 2099 Variants ect. arrive as skins. Since they are all technically spirits of vengeance, I see no reason why this wouldn't work canonically to Rivals lore.

I know many people might argue of the cultural reasons that he might not be included, but I think NetEase has shown a willingness to make it work by including him in a character poll (which he was the #1 pick,) and putting his prehistoric variant on the mural in the Kun Lun map.

Also, I'm not sure exactly how NetEase would apply the numbers, so this is more of a concept rather than a concrete kit. That being said, Lets dive in.

Ghost Rider: Vanguard (Tank)

Passive: Hellfire- Ghost Rider's abilities ignite enemies for a brief duration dealing X damage per tick. Ghost Rider heals X amount of health per tick of Hellfire that he has applied to enemies. This effect stacks based on the number of enemies that are ignited.

Primary attack (LMB): Chains of Retribution- Ghost Rider whips his chain at an enemy in close/mid range. Every 3rd hit ignites the enemy.

Secondary Attack (RMB): Hellfire Shotgun- Ghost Rider fires a short range blast that deals moderate damage, knocks back, and immediately ignites an enemy. Shotgun has 2 shells that have to be reloaded.

Left Shift: Hell Cycle- Ghost Rider summons and mounts his motorcycle for X seconds. While mounted, Ghost Rider's move speed is increased, he cannot be slowed, is able to ride up walls, and knocks enemies out of the way. The motorcycle leaves behind a trail of Hellfire that ignites enemies that come into contact with it.

E Ability: Damnation- Ghost Rider throws his chain forward and pulls in an enemy from mid range.

F Ability: Vengeance- Ghost Rider channels Hellfire from his mouth, igniting enemies hits and leaving Hellfire on surfaces. Ghost Rider is slowed and grounded while channeling.

Q Ability (Ultimate): Penance Stare- Ghost Rider lunges forward, grabbing and suppressing an enemy, and deals a large amount of damage based on that enemy's "inflicted suffering" (damage dealt in this match.) Ghost Rider is immediately healed a large amount based on damage dealt.
