After exactly 6 MONTHS.. it happened 😐
I bought the XM5 in February 2026, didn't want to believe it.. I have always put them in their case, never slept with them, never dropped them. AND AFTER ONLY 6 MONTHS I go to put them on my head and they simply broke in my hands. This is unacceptable.
Any advice?
I'm guessing you guys contacted sony, they didn't do anything, then you bought the thing on amazon to repair them?
I feel so dumb 😔
