I (age 9) was molested along with my younger brother (7) by a female babysitter that was 12-13. When this stopped incest with my brother continued. I am not going into any details. It has been many years later and it seems I am the only one that remembers some of what happened. I have done EMDR on all the triggering memories but I still have residual stuff and can’t bring myself to ask my brother if and what he remembers as he has grown up to be an asshole that carries a gun in a holster (on his chest) and is now divorced from his wife due to his toxic personality. I am still healing from all of this.

I am now under the care of a urologist. I am 65 years old. I tried taking Enclomiphene compounded by Strut Health. Blood work over 1 year every 3-4 months showed an increase in Testosterone for a period of time but it then returned back to a low level at the one year mark despite taking 12.5mg daily. I have had low libido for years but only did blood work 1 year ago.

My urologist has given me a prescription for 80mg injection of Cypionate every week for 6 weeks and then a follow up.
My urologist believes my testices will never go back to a normal level and that the only way to return libido is this protocol. A good friend is concerned that this 1x / week injection would be better as an every other day small injection with a subcutaneous needle and will achieve the same results with less possible side effects.

Any guidance is appreciated.
