I’m 5.75 inches long and 5” girth. Am I considered normal and average?, small, bigger etc…

I just won an auction for an old Bear Cub 29# recurve for $70. (I have a Bear grizzly at 45# and it’s too much weight to learn form with). I have a 31” draw length with my compounds and I’m highly experienced with compounds, but venturing over to recurves. I have actually killed a whitetail with my grizzly years back..anyways what spine arrow and tip weight are we thinking would be right? Strictly target shooting. Hunting would be way later.
