[Request] Happy mail to look at after surgery [USA]

Hi friends! I'm having surgery on July 21, and I was hoping for some cards to open after surgery! Pretty, cute, interesting, whatever you want! Not necessarily "get well soon" as I'm disabled, and that's not really an option for me! Heh.

If some of you recognize my username, hello! I missed you! Thank you for getting me through my early 20's as a young and lonely disabled person. I still have every card, postcard, and letter that y'all sent me :')

My cat lets poo and whatever else build up between his claws and on his butt. Is he just gross? Should I worry?

I've had my cat for 6 years, and for as much of his life as I can remember, in between his claws have always been dirty / flakey/ gross, and his butthole always looked dirty.

I took him to our regular vet (they've seen him since he was 3) about it and they diagnosed him with being gross! Heh.

Said that he probably just doesn't like cleaning himself, but there's nothing wrong with him physically.

I occasionally give him foot baths (let his feet soak and gently clean between his nails) and I leave his butt alone because supposedly he's fine and I don't want to stress him for no reason.

When his nails get this bad, I will go to push his nail out for trimming and he will bite me and yowl at me like it hurts :(

I just want to make sure he's ok and I'm not going to keep accidentally hurting him when I'm just trying to cut his nails

Edit: picture of his crusty nail

Hi! I made some resin art pieces at a resin class at my local library!

I have no access to resin or even uv resin, but I would really like to sand or otherwise smooth the edges of my pieces and fill or cover bubbles so that the voids are not sharp!

I just want to be able to hold and touch my pieces without cutting my fingers!

I also have some pieces that I'd like to make into jewelry.

I tried sanding with what sand paper I had on a test piece, and it came out smooth, but somewhat cloudy looking.

I also have other art supplies but I'm not sure if any of them would work!

I have several types of acrylic sealants, mod podge (I doubt that be it lol), and nail polish top coat (eh?).

What about automotive plastic polish? I read that could help, but I couldn't find a definitive way to use it!

Thanks so much!
