I have never had an issue after selling an item… is this legit? I haven’t received anything from USPS or Depop. Advice is appreciated!

Any insight on upcoming sales? I feel like the spend $75 get 30% off was the best they’ve done in a while. So mad at myself that I missed out on it!!
