
First two weeks have been great :)
Omgsh I am so happy that I have found something that works with my body chemistry! Honestly… I work out like a beast (and I’m going to toot my own horn here lol) but I NEVER saw the scale budge. Esp with being a teacher and having high cortisol levels for a majority of the year. I am so thankful that my blood pressure has already gone down a few points and it’s only 2 weeks in. I wanted to show my results so far with you all :) p.s is 10.4 too much too lose in the first two weeks? Honestly it’s just my inflammation that has gone down and the puffiness of my face.
