First two weeks have been great :)

First two weeks have been great :)

Omgsh I am so happy that I have found something that works with my body chemistry! Honestly… I work out like a beast (and I’m going to toot my own horn here lol) but I NEVER saw the scale budge. Esp with being a teacher and having high cortisol levels for a majority of the year. I am so thankful that my blood pressure has already gone down a few points and it’s only 2 weeks in. I wanted to show my results so far with you all :) p.s is 10.4 too much too lose in the first two weeks? Honestly it’s just my inflammation that has gone down and the puffiness of my face. Just wanted to know your thoughts! Oh and happy 4th to us here in the US ❤️💙 enjoy your food and listen to your cues! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

My thoughts on last nights episode

\\- Thais was in the wrong for throwing her food at Shekinah.
\\- if you watch, Shekinah was about to tell Kara about what Patrick said but then Thais started talking over her to protect patrick (for who knows why)
\\- Guillermo came outside with crazy eyes then said “idc” when Sarper explained Thais threw her glass at her.
\\- I am NOT a Shekinah fan
\\- she def shouldn’t have said what she said to Thais - reactionary to the glass being thrown at her but at least it wasn’t the first thing she said to her
\\- Shekinahs a dumbass for saying that shit. She sometimes has really valid and introspective things to say but then everything gets thrown away when she says stuff like this
\\- I do not like Guillermo esp when he hypes Patrick up in the between the sheets - reminds me of a person who listens to Andrew Tate
\\- that interview with Thais with her being like “what did I do??” Made me less of a fan of her. Like at least own up to what you did (cuz I AM a fan of her)

Vent sesh over - had to get those thoughts out after watching last nights episode!!

Just had my first dose!

Hiiiii! Wow I’m so excited to start this part of my journey. Long longggg story short: I have had trouble with keeping weight off consistently, especially coming out of a trauma filled life my cortisol is like always high so losing weight is impossible. I’ve been lean, obese, muscular, thin, chubby with muscle (and that’s where I’m at right now) I did have an eating disorder in my late teens and kicked its a** with my amazing therapist. I’m still very mindful that an ED stays with you for life but let’s just say it’s not a problem and I don’t foresee it being one. With that history, I was hesitant to even try these meds because I didn’t want to get into the obsessiveness of it. But nowwww it’s starting to get to my health. My moms mom died early of a stroke my mother had a small stroke in her 40s and I have high cholesterol, triglycerides and cholesterol (I’m currently medicated for all but my darn BP won’t go down) so I’m super excited to start this journey for my HEALTH. I know I’m very strong physically because I love to work out but I’m so so excited to finally get my health in line.

P.S I’ve struggled with this weight for the last 5 years and nothing!!! Has worked =_= so excited. so grateful. I’ll keep you all posted :)

Take 2. I’m such a ding dong - thanks for the heads up!!!!

Okay so, can someone explicitly explain to me what’s going on here? Did they really accept it? (I have super high cholesterol, BP, and triglycerides and am on meds for it) so I’m hoping this is actually true 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 thank you in advance:)
