I’ve rented from Enterprise exotics before so I’m aware of the requirements generally, but that was a Porsche 718 Boxster that was covered by my up-to $100k personal insurance policy.

If I want to rent a Luxury Performance Sport (911, MB SL, etc.) that would probably cost more than $100k, would they take Amex Premium Rental Insurance in addition to my personal policy, since it acts as primary coverage (also up to $100k) if you have it? (For those unaware, most Amex credit cards have a feature where if you opt-in, you pay a flat fee of $20/$25 per rental and get primary coverage up to $75k/$100k for damage and theft that replaces your personal policy) Anyone have experience with this?

Booked a Luxury car at National LAX for pickup at 9pm on the Thursday before July 4th. Give it to me straight, what are the odds I will actually get a 3 series or A4? Am I right to be thinking along the lines of highly unlikely?
