Hi all. I am trying to get to 10% body fat before starting my bulk. I know I’m lacking a bit in the muscle department, but I will be bulking soon. I am 5’4” and about 126 lbs.
First photo is flexed, second photo is relaxed, and third photo is flexed.
What do you think my body fat percentage is? Would you keep cutting at this point if I want to get to 10%, or is it time to bulk?

Looking for advice for someone in my situation. I’m 5’4 and weigh about 130 lbs. I think I’m somewhere in the ballpark of 15% bf. Agree or disagree? My plan was to get down to 12% and then start bulking. I’ve been lifting for less than 3 months consistently. Before that it was very inconsistent but only about a year and a half experience in total, wish I started long ago.
I track calories religiously. My TDEE is only about 1750 and I eat about 1400 calories per day. Been losing about 0.6-0.8 lb per week. I obviously need to put on muscle here but I want to stay lean. My lifts are stable or improving across the board, so I think I’m still able to recomp a bit based on being able to do that in a deficit. So should I continue cutting till I’m at 12% or bulk? Thanks!
