for 4 cost i have farmed the boss hundreds of times and that is my best one is it worth it to keep going? i feel like my attack is low. any help would be great

Forced derank from a1 b2 without playing any games
I logged into my account to see that i was bronze 2 the night before i got off i was asc 1 60rr. At first i thought it was a visual bug so i played a game to be put in a full bronze lobby. has anyone heard of this or seen it before and know how to fix it? I have made a ticket but no response any help would be great.

Also I have a ss with all asc games then at the top just a bronze 2 game which is impossible but this won't let me add ss.
