Doing screenshots without use

Often i just do screenshots and it's not like i am showing them to people so i just wanted to post them here. What do you think?

Edit: just saw that the last one isn't really impressive. I when i posted i just saw a sniped and not the full picture

Running x Weight loss Help?

I am 18F and I want to drop some pounds something like 12. I am >!163cm!< and around >!52-54kg!< but i look really fat. Like i have a short torso and most of my fat sits on my hips so when i see myself in underwear it just looks so off and i know i can look better i have looked better around a year ago when i was like >!48kg!<.

So i always have been into running. I am just amazed with getting better at it . So i always ran, but more like 2 times a week and i invluded it in my 10k steps daily. That and eating around >!1300cal!< brought me to my best looking state.

Now i am trying to loose around >!6kg!< and i actually run more now more like 70km (actually i ran more like 50km but in my new plan i will run up to 90km and so i avarged it out to 70km) a week plus my daily 10k steps and i have no idea how much i should be eating because i obv want to loose weight till summer so like around 2 months but i feel like i can not trust those burned calories my running watch tells me.

What i am doing right now is calculating my tdee for a sendentary lifestyle for me that is >!1545!< and i will add all my active cals. So yesterday:

Yesterday i ran a total of 12km including a 8k threshold part and a 4k easy part. Walked around 8k steps on top plus my tennis training(2k steps)

which brings my coros active calories total to >!1159cal!< and >!21,7k steps!<

Does that seem ok?

Before someone asks. I am currently training for a marathon.
