Can't believe my first ever visa would be Schengen. I've heard so many stories about Schengen being super tough to get and lots of rejections especially for Indian citizens. I've only been to Thailand before (no visa required). With a lot of paper work and the struggle to put across every detail possible, finally I got it. Entry from Spain, multiple entries for 3 months. So, we are floating to Portugal after that.
Super pumped up and excited as this is going to be my first Europe trip.

I’m a seasoned HR Business Partner with 8+ years of experience across both large and early stage organisations, and I’ll be completing 9 years in HR this year.

Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of HR and business facing areas, including Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Strategy, Recruitment & Retention, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Rewards, and Stakeholder Management. I’ve also had the opportunity to build HR practices and processes from 0 to 1, which has given me strong exposure to both strategic and hands on HR.

I’m currently working full-time, but I typically wrap up my workday early in the evening. I’m therefore exploring a part-time opportunity that is challenging, meaningful, and aligned with my experience and expectations.

I’m available to contribute during evenings (IST) and would be particularly interested in opportunities where I can bring my HR expertise, work closely with leadership, solve people-related challenges, or help build and scale HR practices.

Hello Hello.. I have a tricky question on my travel dates.

I got my Schengen to Spain on 11th of September 2026. Can I start from my country on 10th September 2026? Is this allowed because technically I'm entering Spain on 11th early morning.
I have a 9pm flight on 10th and will reach Spain on 11th at 7am (havent booked yet, but very ideal flight for me)

Im travelling to Goa for four days in June. Staying at an amazing resort in South Goa.
Just wanted to check if there are any good workshops that I can attend like yoga, pottery, cycling etc
