[35] to [36]
In January of 2025, I was working out, but I was eating like shit. I was 230+ pounds. February of this year, my mental health took a huge hit and I fell into a deep depression. I stopped eating for a month. I don’t have any pictures of me when I was malnourished, but just trust it didn’t look good. I got back into the gym and started watching what I eat. Now I’m sitting steady between 190-200lbs.
