Childbirth app

I'm a birth doula, and after years of answering the same questions over and over, I finally built the tool I always wished my clients had.

It's called Llamamma, and it's an evidence-based labor and birth app designed to help people understand what's happening in labor without having to dig through dozens of websites or social media posts.

It includes: • A labor guide organized by phase of labor • Birth position suggestions with explanations of why they may help • A contraction timer • A birth plan builder • An AI assistant that only pulls from published evidence (with links to the studies) • A growing learning library • Explanations of cervical exams, common interventions, and more

I built it because I wanted something that was easier to understand than reading research papers but more trustworthy than random social media advice.

I'm still improving it and would genuinely love feedback from parents, doulas, midwives, nurses, or anyone who's been through birth.

You can check it out here: https://llamamma.app

I'd especially love to know:

  • What feels helpful?
  • What's confusing?
  • What information is missing?
  • If you were pregnant, would you actually use this?

Thanks for letting me share something I've poured a lot of time into. ❤️
