Hello!
I'm currently doing a not so honourable honour mode run. Namely, I'm using the "leave one companion in camp" strategy. It has worked well for me so far, but not I've reached the Shadowfell, and I get a message saying I need to gather my party before venturing forth...
So, what do I need to keep in mind?
I've read that throwing the skeletons off the ledge is a good strategy as Balthazar won't be able to raise them - can you confirm this, and is there anything else you would recommend?
Can I still leave one companion behind when entering the Shadowfell, and can I teleport out of it or am I locked in?
Is there anything I could bring to make it easier?
I'm playing a rogue - I want to bring Shadowheart (for the Nightsong), and I usually bring Astarion (yes, I love rogues), but I can also bring any of the other origin characters. Jaheira and Minthara died, sadly. Scratch is also dead and I've missed out on Shovel. :/
Hallo,
Hello,
As the title suggests, I'm looking for a laptop (well, a family member is).

Potentially, though the buyer prefers Amazon as they're reliable with returns ...

Any
Purpose
Leisure, mainly browsing/Netflix/some gaming, maybe a bit of writing.

Hello!
Apologies for the vague title...
So, I am off for two weeks at the end of September. I had travel plans, those fell apart...
So I figured instead of staying home and twiddling thumbs, I might look into another holiday. I never tried shoestring travel before, but I figured I'd give it a try.
I'm pretty much open to anything...city break, beach, mountains... they all have their charms. They should be safe for a solo female traveler though, and I'm a German citizen, so ideally some place where I don't need a visa.
What would be a realistic budget for roughly two weeks of travel around that time, when the destination really doesn't matter that much (Estonia or Türkiye would be nice, or maybe South-East Asia, though I reckon the latter will be more expensive because of the flights)?
And is it worth spending more, or would it be a markup?
I just need a simple stay, ideally with a desk and preferably a single room (maybe not exactly shoestring travel then, but I'm a light sleeper).
As for my budget, I could in theory spend €5,000 - but I would rather not and keep it simple. All I need is some time away from home for a few days.
Hello...
I'm struggling to add the coffee foam texture to the coffee foam mesh - I tried it both using the Poliigon addon and manually, but no joy.
At first I thought it's because I forgot to apply the solidify modifier to the mug/cylinder mesh, but no, that didn't solve it either...I can move it around, rotate it, etc. but it stays invisible.
Any advice?
