My 2015 F250 has one of the worst chassis/ driveline vibrations I’ve ever experienced
Title sums up the issue, but basically it’s becoming unbearable which is unfortunate, as I really like this truck. Initially when I bought it, it had a pretty awful tire vibration at like 42-45mph, but it has cheap ching-chong tires on it, so I attributed it to that. I threw the tires on a balancer and there’s no way they’ll ever balance, they’re barely even circles.
But lately, it’s been having an aggressive pulsating vibration at pretty much any speed over 55. It doesn’t change on acceleration or decel, so I’d feel comfortable ruling out u-joints. I have to crawl under it yet and examine the carrier bearing, but the last time I looked into this, the bearing was in good shape.
This is my first Super Duty, so I figured I’d ask here if anyone has had a similar issue that maybe there was an unexpected or strange cause/resolution.
