Anyone have some word hacks that helped you save tons of time you swear by?

One thing I've been trying to figure out is having Word automatically change numbers, like Special Interrogatory No. X. It's a bitch going in to change 100 SROGs because you added a few more in the middle or took some out and now they're all misnumbered.

I get there are dips but jesus wtf is this dip?

Had some good recommendations the last few times so I figured I'd ask about this as well. Sometimes I just have a .2 for a short email but sometimes I go back and forth 10+ times and insurance companies cut anything after the first one.

Looking for each things you can do that adds up over time.
