So, I know the company i work for was in need of a ticketing solution. Something not too complex as the reporters which would be using it aren’t that tech oriented.

So i created a product where the ticket report system is simple and the admin panel is filled with user data and analytics.

All i asked for was 5€ per admin and they got 10!

Now I’m wondering if this solution would work for other users online.
Any suggestions as to how to proceed ?

I created this ticketing system for small to mid level companies on my spare time and when I showcased it to my employer they absolutely loved it. They are now paying me on top of my wage for the service.

I would appreciate it if anyone wanted to check it out!
