Hi everyone, I hope you’re doing well! I’m looking for some guidance on how to properly set up a VGen account as an artist and what the process is for getting a code to become a verified artist.

I’m still learning how the platform works, so I’d really appreciate any tips or explanations about:

• How the verification process works
• How to get a code as an artist
• What requirements or steps I should focus on first
• Any advice for someone new trying to start commissions there

I haven’t had much success with art commissions myself, but I feel like I’m definitely not the only one probably a lot of artists here face the same issue.

I also want to ask the people who make hiring posts but never respond to the comments or applications afterward. Do you actually open and check the portfolio links artists send? Or do you just make the post and leave it there?

In my opinion, every artist deserves some value and respect. Creating designs or drawing artwork takes a lot of time, effort, and creativity. Sometimes artists spend hours working on their skills and portfolios just hoping someone will notice their work.

I’m not targeting anyone I genuinely just want to have a discussion about this.
