i got this mouthguard about 2 weeks ago, i’ve been mewing/ hardmewing, chin tucks and a little bit of thumb pulling for 2 months now for context.

does anyone else have it? i cut off the mewing tab bc it kinda got annoying, eventually u can hold ur own tongue. I have a L but plan on sizing up to Xl next year hopefully. it’s been giving me very restful sleep with some jaw benefits growth maybe? tmj pain is eased, when i wake up it almost feels like i have to adjust to my new jaw position in a way?😂 my maxilla is obviously still very ahh, mouth guards do hold thumb pulling progress apparently, it puts some pressure on my palate closer to my teeth.

is true maxilla forward growth only possible with marpe/ expanders? i’ve been mewing and thumb pulling for 1.5 months now, my jaw isn’t recessed but my maxilla… DAMN it flat asl. it’s barely supporting my nose and under eye area.

just under a month i realized and corrected my mewing technique, my whole life since a kid i’ve been pushing my tongue against my teeth……..and never truly the palate( i thought i was a og mewer) now looking back it it made sense why i had gapped teeth, they were still straight and palate remained somewhat normal. but i believe my maxilla and proper rotation was disrupted due to these habits. i’ve been hard mewing and regular mewing daily with proper suction, face yoga/tongue exercises, chin tucks for a couple weeks and have noticed SOO FUCKING MUCH, my life deadass feels different. nose breathing is so much easier and encouraging(i thought i had a deviated septum). and i swear im not tweaking im seeing results. do I have more potential? is my palate cooked? I just got my braces off a couple months ago, teeth are no longer gapped.

just snagged a 2012 6spdAT(sh-awd tech pckg) with 72k miles a couple weeks ago, seems like maintenance has been okay i guess, i have a build plan to fix some oil consumption issues and enhance performance(nth too crazy just healthy mods tbh). literally giving ha more oil in the last pic💔

i have some lists if anyone could check? is it overkill?
