Force E1 Rear derailleur play at mounting screw

Is this play normal?

The derailleur is brand new, but from eBay and was quite a bit cheaper than retail.

Everything was tightened to spec. Derailleur hanger has no play.

Experience with Repair Center (Race S crown problems)

Hello everyone,

my race S crown was hard to turn, luckily it is covered by warranty and on its way to the repair center now.

Do they actually repair it or will I most likely get a new watch? Do you guys have any experience with these kinds of repairs?

Customer service was pretty good so far. The DHL Express Int tlabel was covered by warranty and they told me to expect an update in about a week.

Reason I am asking is, if it gets repaired, I would ask for a new battery asa well ( I would pay for that), but if I get a new one anyways there is no need to ask.

I will do my best keep this updated for future reference
