I’m currently growing autoflowers and I’m running a 24/0 light cycle. I’m in the flowering stage and I’d like to know what PPFD levels you guys recommend for optimal growth without stressing the plants.
Since I’m running lights 24 hours a day, I know the daily light integral (DLI)
adds up quickly compared to 18/6 or 20/4. What range should I aim for to avoid light burn?
