Thrift Stores w/Electronics?
Anybody know which, if any, thrift stores in Bangor sell electronics? Audio stuff in particular.

Brand new Lectric owner and brand new member here. I hope I’m not being crass. I’m wondering if I got as good a deal as I think i did. I’ve been trying to figure out how to save $2,000 for the bike I want. I decided it would be good to look for something used to see if i’d really use an e-bike before saving up and spending that much. On Craigslist I came across a Lectric XP 3.0. It included the long range battery, comfort seat, hydraulic brakes, front and rear baskets, a Lectric lock, and they threw in a helmet because I didn’t have one. I know the odometer can be reset but the seller was a very nice 80 year old man. He said he got the bike two years ago, rode it around his neighborhood, had no accidents, and kept the battery inside during the winter. It looks to be in beautiful condition. I wouldn’t have believed him, but given his age and his seeming genuineness (the smaller basket was still in its plastic wrap), he said it only has 700 miles on it. He was asking $450.00. This seems like a real good deal to me. What do you think?
This group has been invaluable in establishing this setup replacing my forty year old kit. Thank Yoy! The chair and speakers are an equal distance apart. The wide angle is warping it a bit. NAD C316BEE V2, NAD C 358, WIIM Pro Plus, Triangle BR04s, and Dayton Audio sub in the living room. I’ll be replacing the sub with an RSL 10E as soon as I can. I’ve also got a WIIM speaker in the kitchen, a WIIM Amp in the office, WIIM capable speaker in the bedroom, and Apple TV with older Sony theater setup in the den. Last week I installed Roon on a spare Mac Mini and I was blown away at how much I appreciate the user experience. I have very low vision and being able to navigate Roon on an iPad makes me feel acloser to my music than I have felt since before CDs took over. I can read about artists and albums and navigate my collection like never before! It’s great! The text size on music apps and the WIIM Home app are just too small for me to enjoy.
Hi All, I recently set up Roon in my home. I have several WIIM devices connected to it along with Apple TVs and several powered speakers. This all works very well for me. I want to introduce it to my partner, but for it to be successful, it would help if I could set up their profile so that their interface was a bit more streamlined and simpler. Can anyone point me in the direction of some good resources to help me set up that second profile so that it might be less overwhelming for someone easily overwhelmed by things that might seem complicated. Thank you.
