As the title says I had a 2,360 day streak with my girlfriend. We just went out of country with no wifi or internet so we obviously lost our streak. I returned home today and sent in a ticket and they won’t restore it. Does anyone know of anything I can do or another step I can take to send in a reason for my restoration because it doesn’t allow me to add extra text saying why I am filling out this form days late.
