Hello, looking for secondary opinions as my scheduled MRI is in 2 months due to the congested healthcare system here in Canada and I'm kind of worried.

Doctor Report:

MR HEAD

INDICATION: New onsent headache for last 6 months.

occuring weekly. current episode occuring daily for the last

week.

TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar multisequence MRI of the head

without contrast.

COMPARISON: None.

FINDINGS:

There is no abnormal restricted diffusion to suggest acute or

subacute infarct.

A 0.5 cm T1­weighted hypointense nodule is detected at the

suprasellar region with slightly T1­weighted hyperintensity at

the anterior aspect.

Otherwise There is no intracranial space­occupying lesion or

mass effect.

There is no intracranial hemorrhage or extra­axial collection.

The orbits are unremarkable. The paranasal sinuses are clear.

The optic nerve sheaths are not tortuous nor dilated

IMPRESSION:

A 0.5 cm T1­weighted hypointense nodule is detected at the

suprasellar region with slightly T1­weighted hyperintensity at

the anterior aspect. They could represent suprasellar Rathke's

cleft cyst. Suggest MRI pituitary gland for further evaluation

Otherwise no focal mass lesion is detected in the brain.
