Recommended/Best thermal paste for pro 7i gen 10

Pretty much the title.

Went to get my laptop's fans get cleaned today and they mentioned they also do repasting for thermals but you have to bring your own.

Made me wonder what's the best or atleast recommended for my laptop. I mainly use it for video editing, gaming, and casual browsing

I have legion pro 7i gen 10 with 5080

Deciding between WD or Seagate 5tb HDD

For context, I work as a freelance videographer so I need tons of storage. I currently have 6tbs in my laptop for current projects and a 4tb external ssd for backup. I'm thinking of buying 5tb HDD for storing old work as I don't want to delete them and don't really need an SSD for them since I only really need to store them.

Currently deciding between WD 5tb or seagate 5tb. Wanted to know what the pros and cons for whichever brand I should choose or are they the same since they are priced similarly

245w GaN vs 300w GaN chargers of lenovo legion

Recently got the 245w GaN charger of the lenovo legion and works well. I use it when on the go and plug it in the 400w charger when at home. Then lenovo just launched a 300w version and makes me wonder are there any benefits to it compared to the 245w version besides faster charging maybe?

With the 245w I can use it up to balance mode on my Legion Pro 7i gen 10. If anyone here has the 300w can you go up to performance mode or is it still limited to balance mode?

Any reviews for this 245w lenovo GaN charger?

In the market for an additional charger for my legion pro 7i gen 10.

Will mainly use the other charger for travels and was considering 140w at first but I found this 245w GaN charger which seemed perfect but I wanted to know first how it performs based on realworld use and if the 245w really does provide more power. I am slightly confused by its cable, is it a type c or the charger port for the laptop (like same with the cable from the 400w)?

I mainly edit photos and videos on my laptop with some gaming and I didn't mind not being able to game with the 140w but I realized I might still need more power for video editing which is why I am leaning more towards this 245w.

Lenovo Legion Pro 7i gen 10 140w usb c charger

Anyone know if the laptop accepts/supports charging from a 140w GaN charger? And is it safe to use? And how is the performance?

Been thinking of buying a 140w GaN charger for the laptop either from UGreen or Anker (If you guys know better alternatives lmk as well) since the 400w charger from lenovo is way too big to carry around.

I mostly have the laptop plugged in at home but will have to bring it elsewhere in the nearby future and currently considering buying a smaller charger for it for on the go use.

I heard you need to have lenovo's custom charger for the 140w but can't seem to find any product links to it online so I thought of buying a 140w charger from a 3rd party brand but I'm worries it might brick my laptop instead.

My dog is fully anti rabies vacinated and the bite is not that deep. Was just playing around and my dog was playfully biting but it got a little too far and manage to cut through my skin and bled. Washed it right away with soap but couldn't help wonder if I should be worried. The wound isn't that serious, more like a pin punctured my skin and a tiny amount of blood got out. Must admit this is the first time it happened so forgive me if I am over reacting.
