How to Achieve this Look?

Hi! Weird context- I was watching Botched and these two twins were on the show. This is them when they were 18-20, and they looks so beautiful!!!

But I feel like they look so normal? Like they don't look like they styled their hair or are even wearing any makeup.

How can I achieve a look like this? I feel like I look kind of similar to them, but I always look blah, especially in photos. I honestly don't know anything about beauty so I could really use some help.

Like how does their hair look so good? What makeup are they wearing? Smiling techniques? Idk yall lol

Hair Help!!!

Hi guys!

I could really use some hair advice. This is how my hair looks natural (with leave-in conditioner and anti frizz cream) but I absolutely hate how it looks like this. It looks so *blah* to me. I love how it looks when I straighten it, but it takes more time and I'm in a different country right now where I can't use my straightener.

Can anyone recommend some hair styles or products I can use to make it look more neat? I don't know much about hair so I'd appreciate the advice!! Thx :)

(The last slide is me with straight hair)
