Does my Hisense 43E7Q really support 120hz?

So i got this tv for movies , didnt have gaming in mind but here we are, so the TV is advertised strictly as 4k 60hz, however my Xbox let me switch to 120fps but it lowered the resolution to 1080p

Is this tv capable of running 120hz on full hd resolution or is this just an Xbox magic thing and its still running actually 60hz underneath? Even the game bar on the hisense says 120hz

Anker basically admitting they lied , I knew they was lying ! They try to buy time and the live agents are so deceptive and careful , issue was with liberty 5 pros

I never had anker earbuds, im switching from JBL Live Beam 3 because the screen on the case gave up on me and started glitching out after 2 years, I ordered the pro version only because of that, i think a smaller screen will last longer, and I like the bass on jbl, will the soundcore disappoint me?
