Which NPC has the most "drip" out of the whole of TES?
Personally Miraak takes the cake, when I was a kid before Dawnguard came out, I loved the Dragon Priest masks, when DG came out I lost my shit thinking how swagged (valid term of the time) out Miraak was.
Though I'm sure there's others I'm not thinking of. So who's the most badass looking NPC in the whole series?
