Driving up the ramp, I saw a car engulfed in flames, maroon car, cabin filled with smoke. I stopped, but it was on an overpass so not much room. I got out to see if anyone was in the car, but couldn’t see into the smoke filled cabin and I couldn’t get close to the car to break the window because the front tires both exploded separately and I thought I might be putting myself at risk trying to rescue and abandoned car.

I just am hoping someone will tell me it was an abandoned vehicle fire and no one was hurt. I’d hate to think I could have done more, other than what o did which was call 911 and leave the scene, but I was worried I would be obstructing fire crews and traffic staying there.
