College student

I am a college student and my hours are pretty great with my school schedule. Most of my classes are at 8 a.m., but one of my classes ends at around 9:15. Unfortunately, my school is a bit far from my job so it takes at least 45-55 minutes to get there, and I hate speeding. Last semester I ended up just leaving class 15 minutes early and I realized how much I was missing out on and how much it actually affected my work. How would you feel about your nanny asking you if one day a week they could be about 15 to 20 minutes late?

Northern New Jersey, I found this bird on the sidewalk. It was obviously breathing and moving. Its eyes were closed. It legit looked like it was sleeping, but I found it odd that it was just in the middle of the sidewalk.

Asking for a raise

I've been with my current NF going on five months now and next month will make six months. They told me prior to starting that every six months we would have a little review just to check in and see how things are going. I have a contract and in my contract it's states that I am to be paid $25 an hour. They have three children 14, 7, and 3. My main priority is in NK3, but I still take care of NK7, such as picking her up from the bus stop, taking her to and from play dates, making sure she stays safe, healthy, and fed and watching her on date nights. Now that summer is coming up, and there will be no school she will most likely be with me and NK the majority of the day and I’m thinking of asking for a raise since my main priority will be the two of them. How much more should I ask for and how would you bring this up?
