Is this business still open?
I’ve seen a couple of different cars parked outside at various times but otherwise I’ve never seen anyone coming or going. It always looks dead and closed up.

In yet another example of excessive over packaging by Ulta, I was ready to be mad until I saw the mini perfumes in my GWP. Love those minis!
