Over the last few months, my cat has started behaving rambunctiously at night, and I hear her starting to chew furniture / bite / claw things between 2-4am. I know this is typically under stimulation, but I can’t play with her while I’m trying to sleep. We have play time before bed, and typically a few times throughout the day when I am not working in office. Do you guys have any suggestions to keep stimulated during those hours/ get energy out? Also for reference, she goes to sleep with me at 10pm or so, and sleeps until she gets ramped up around 2-4AM

Hi all - doing a multitrack 730 gravel conversion build. I don’t have calipers but it is clear that my dropouts are more than the 130mm rear wheel I have laying around. I know these were typically 135 mm bikes.. have any of you guys had experience with the 2.5mm spacers or have just brute forced it and tightened the frame down? For reference planning on doing 1x10 advent x drivetrain. Thank you!!
