What can I do to dissuade this behavior?
My Quaker has gotten quite aggressive in the last few months and I'm not really sure why. He's currently about a year and a half old so I've suspected potentially puberty or maybe I'm just simply doing something wrong.
One problem I'm having is he constantly approaches me to attack my clothing, and then ends up with him biting me through it. I've been trying to just simply move him to a different spot without giving him a reaction like in the video, but it hasn't seemed to help much and sometimes it's genuinely hard to not go "OW". The video isn't long enough to show it but he comes straight back to me after I've moved him away to start attacking me again. Usually he gets me with a pretty hard bite the first time and I put him straight back in his cage for a few minutes
I've been really confused with why he's like this, he hates and attacks everyone in my family except for me, he's absolutely obsessed with me and used to be incredibly gentle. I've noticed alongside him being angry virtually all the time, he's also become incredibly cage aggressive and he won't come out without a treat even if he's asking to come out in the first place, previously I used to be able to literally stick my head into his cage and hed do nothing
