Game isn’t working properly on console

I can’t say the S word because it keeps taking my posts down. But no S’s are showing up on my Xbox, I’ve reset the game multiple times, followed all fixes for other people on Google and nothing seems to get it to show the S’s of any kind. If anyone is on Xbox and has had this issue recently what workarounds or fixes did you do to fix it?
