Me and Thee is so ridiculously extra and I loved every second of it

I had such a fun time watching Me and Thee because the show is just SO perfectly extra 😭

Khun Thee especially carries the entire “dramatic rich male lead” energy on his shoulders and I was absolutely living for it. If you enjoy exaggerated characters, over-the-top confessions, dramatic gestures, possessiveness, yearning, and characters acting with 200% intensity at all times…....you are probably gonna love this one too.

I grew up reading an unhealthy amount of Wattpad stories, so maybe I’m naturally weak for these kinds of characters 😭 but what makes Thee even funnier is that he’s completely oblivious to how extra he is. He genuinely acts like he is the normal one and everyone else is being weird, and honestly that makes the character work SO well.

And PondPhuwin are already one of my favourite pairings anyway, so I was smiling through most of the series.

The show knows exactly what kind of energy it wants to have and fully commits to it instead of trying to tone itself down, which I appreciated a lot.

Now I genuinely need more dramas like this 😭 Can y’all please recommend more BLs like this.

Goddess Bless You From Death deserves way more hype

I genuinely think Goddess Bless You From Death is one of the most underrated BLs I’ve watched in a long time.

What I absolutely loved about it is that it doesn’t rely on unnecessary relationship drama to keep the story moving. The romance exists, and it’s genuinely adorable, but the show is so much more focused on the actual plot - the investigations, the paranormal angle, the pressure of handling high-level cases, internal government department politics, ego clashes between superiors, and the psychological weight the characters carry.

It feels much darker and more thriller/paranormal than a typical BL and honestly? Even if you aren’t a regular BL watcher, there’s a high chance you’d still enjoy it purely for the story.

PoohPavel did such a wonderful job too. Pooh’s character, Thup, has one of my favourite character developments in recent dramas. He starts off extremely anxious, fearful, and uncertain, but slowly learns to trust both his instincts and the people around him. You can literally see him becoming more courageous with every episode.

And Pavel as Singha was SO good. He begins as this cold, emotionally distant person, but over time we see him slowly soften, trust his emotions more, and develop genuine belief in both people and connection.

Also, the second lead couple?? Surprisingly solid. They never felt like filler characters. They have their own solid story and character development. Could actually watch a separate spin off show on them.

Overall, if you want:

- paranormal mystery

- thriller/investigation vibes

- government conflict & political tension

- character development

- subtle but very lovable romance

- and minimal unnecessary relationship drama

please give this drama a chance.

I absolutely loved it.
