Verizon committed fraud
2 phones ported over from TMobile in the past 6 months with the promise of buyouts. Verizon is now refusing to honor deals

Disappointed with Verizon after leaving TMOBILE
About 4 months ago, I ported all 4 of my families phones from TMOBILE to Verizon. The deal was they were supposed to pay off our phones that we have from T-MOBILE and give us new phones. They made good on 2 phones, then any correspondence from them about this issue stopped.

It is now 3 months overdue and I am still paying for phones from TMOBILE and Verizon. I have called and spoke to them 3 times and each time they were going to investigate and get me $800 x 2 to pay off the phones. No dice, they have not returned any calls they said they were and I'm very frustrated. Has anyone had this experience before and successfully navigated it?

I can't believe that with all of the encounters on the road, that they haven't thought about just moving the tree in the road?! Or cutting it?
