Can I use the reactive fenced dogs in my neighborhood to train mine?

If my dog is reactive to fenced dogs, is it okay to use someone's else's fenced dogs to help my dogs reactivity? Like making a pass on the sidewalk and then making a u turn, on purpose? No harassment or anything, just walking by.

Is it unethical to use someone elses dog to train yours without their consent?

A house around the block has 3 reactive dogs that bark when you past them. Is it okay to use those dogs to train yours by walking across that house twice? Dogs going crazy.

Should i buy a new truck for myself now, or save up for it in about 4 years?

I want a toyota tundra, 2019-2021. It'll cost around 44-50k for the milage I want.

I make 84k a year, I have 266k in one brokage account, and I started another account which I've been building for the truck. The new account has 2700 in it.

I owe about 135k on my house, but it's financed at 2.5% (bought during covid, lucky me) so im not doing anything with that. And I owe 5600 on an interest free credit card because I upgraded the counters last year. I need to pay about 500 a month on it.

I make 4600 bring home every month. 900 goes to mortgage, 1100 gets saved up, and 2300 goes to bills, food, entertainment, household needs, etc.

If I buy now, I get a new truck. If I save for it in 4 years. The tundras by that time will be 9 yesrs old.

my current vehicle is fine. It has 236k on it, but in immaculate condition. I just want a bigger v8 to tow my camper and I want a sunroof.

I'm 34, no kids. Don't plan on having any. I have a dog.

How do I stop using the e collar to control my dog?

I want my dog to be able to walk right past people/dogs without reacting at them. The e collar helps a lot with that, but I don't want to keep using it because I'm afraid that it'll cause pain and stress. How do I go from a dog whose "trained" not to react on the e collar to one who just makes the right choices for treats and stuff. In fact, I don't even want to keep reminding him that he can't go up to people/dogs without permission, I just want that to be the standard.

We separated our household and it's been the best decision ever.

Long term gf and I decided that living together was a bad idea. I came to a conclusion that I'm not a fit parent and didn't strive to be one. She came to the conclusion that she needed her space for her kids to grow in a household that was warm and welcoming. So we separated. She's getting her own house and I'm keeping mine. I now walk over to her place to visit her as we own two houses in the neighborhood. Then I stay, or I walk home. I'm actually more available now then living with them in constant stress. Hope this helps some of yall. Nothing wrong with NOT wanting to be a step parent; but still loving your partner to make it work.
